We Also Distribute

Norwich Books and Music, previously the distribution arm of SCM-Canterbury Press, is pleased to announce the distribution of the following:

Church House Publishing

Church House Publishing is one of the leading religious publishers in the UK and the official publisher to the Archbishops' Council and the General Synod of the Church of England. Over the last ten years CHP has enjoyed an impressive track record of growth and achievement and has developed a high reputation for its product quality and range. CHP publishes around forty new titles each year, ranging from headline-hitting reports to books on ministry and evangelism, church care and conservation. We publish liturgy, including the complete Common Worship range, and with the launch of our software package Visual Liturgy Live we have become the leading electronic publisher of worship planning resources in the world. We often use the phrase "essential resources from the Church of England" and this would certainly cover our reference material such as Crockford's Clerical Directory and The Church of England Year Book. We also have an important educational list including a wide range of publications for children's and youth work in parishes and for RE and Collective Worship in schools.

Visit the Church House Publishing website for full details.(http://www.chpublishing.co.uk/index2.asp).

Darton, Longman and Todd has been a leading independent publisher of books on spirituality, religion and theology for 50 years. We look for books that combine attentiveness to the spirit and good scholarship with passion and verve, and our reach ranges from the faithful but inquisitive to the sceptical but open-minded. Our authors include the great Catholic writers of our times - Thomas Merton, Henri Nouwen, Gerard W Hughes, Basil Hume, Jean Vanier and Karl Rahner - as well as leading Anglican writers such as Rowan Williams, W H Vanstone and Michael Mayne. We are the publisher of the Jerusalem Bible, used in Catholic services throughout the English-speaking world, as well as the NRSV, increasingly becoming the version most widely used by Christians of every tradition. Our publishing values are reflected in the way we work. DLT is unique among publishers in being jointly owned and managed by all its employees.

Churches Together in Britain and Ireland serves the churches of the four nations on their shared journey towards full visible unity in Christ. As part of its work it publishes a variety of books and reports to resource and support denominations, churches, local congregations and individuals offering new perspectives on important issues. These include reports on current issues, resources for worship as well as books of more general interest. In addition, each year it provides material and resources for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.
